What we keep, and why.

This site has no advertising, no tracking pixels and no analytics. It doesn’t set cookies.

When you use the contact form, we keep what you typed, any files you attached, and a few things your browser sent with it: your internet address, your browser’s name and language, and how long the form was open. That last group helps us tell people from automated spam. The message is emailed to our team and stored on our own server in Kamloops, British Columbia.

We use it only to reply to you and to look into anything you ask us to look into. We don’t sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

A scrambled record of each send (not your address itself) is kept for a week so the form can slow down anyone sending too often.

To see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, email support@silverservers.com. NewMethodThinking is run by SilverServers Inc., Kamloops, BC.
